To obtain employment/income verification, you can complete any of the following steps:

1. Bring all the necessary information about the company including name, phone number and address to the Human Resources Office and sign a release. HR Technicians will then reach out to the company you request and verify your employment/income.

Always begin the renewal process at least 30 days before the current Gaming License/Badge expires.

Follow all procedures and policies outlined by the Arizona Department of Gaming (gaming.az.gov)
Have an email address on file with Human Resources Office so the Tribal Gaming Office can send you a renewal email with a PIN and a link to renew your badge online.
